Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy, tailored to you
I am a qualified physiotherapist with many years of practice. I combine physiotherapy with therapeutic yoga, DNS and other techniques.
Comprehensive care for the musculoskeletal system
Babies · Children · Spine · Neurology — an individual approach to everyone
I approach every client individually — according to age, diagnosis and the body's current needs. I combine physiotherapy with therapeutic yoga, DNS and developmental kinesiology to support a return to healthy, free movement.
Healthy development from birth
Diastasis, scoliosis, torticollis, or CCD — central coordination disorder. A certified physiotherapist in the Vojta method and developmental kinesiology.
Posture and scoliosis
I also work with older children with poor posture, scoliosis and similar difficulties. My practice is enriched by the DNS method, which grows out of Vojta therapy.
Spinal and neurological conditions
My specialisation includes spinal and neurological conditions — with a focus on function, movement and the deep stabilising system.
Closest to my heart
Children with special needs — cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, genetic conditions, ADHD, autism and more. I see them not merely through a diagnosis or physical difficulties, but as unique beings with their own story, needs, emotions and potential. I create a safe, supportive environment where a child can develop at their own pace and build trust, confidence and a positive relationship with movement.
Whether it's the smallest baby, a child, an adult or a client with a neurological diagnosis — I create a safe space where the body can heal at its own pace.
Therapies & techniques
Therapies are grouped by focus. Click a therapy to expand the details.
Manual & massage techniques
Breuss massage is a gentle manual technique focused on the regeneration and harmonisation of the spine. Using specific movements, it releases tension in the deep muscular structures and fasciae, supports tissue circulation and creates optimal conditions for relieving the intervertebral discs.
It brings a sense of release, improves the mobility of the spine and supports the natural regenerative processes of the musculoskeletal system.
Dorn therapy is a gentle manual method aimed at optimising the function of the musculoskeletal system, correcting muscle–joint imbalances and supporting proper alignment of the spine, pelvis and limbs. It works with the client's natural movement and gentle mobilisation techniques that respect the individual needs of the body.
Cupping is a traditional manual technique that uses suction in cups to help release soft tissues, muscles and fasciae. It helps reduce muscle tension, supports circulation in the treated area and contributes to the regeneration of overloaded structures of the musculoskeletal system.
Reflex back massage is a gentle therapeutic technique focused on releasing muscular and fascial tension in the back. Through the stimulation of reflex zones, it supports tissue circulation, relaxation of overloaded muscles and overall release of the body.
Reflex foot massage is a therapeutic technique based on stimulating the reflex zones of the feet, which in the traditional understanding are connected to individual organs and functional systems of the body. Through targeted pressure and work with reflex points, it supports overall relaxation, harmonisation of the body and a better sense of physical balance.
It is suitable as a supportive therapy for various functional difficulties, stress load, fatigue, tension in the musculoskeletal system and when deep regeneration is needed. The feet represent a comprehensive map of the body, reflecting its individual areas and systems.
Professional manual techniques focused on releasing overloaded soft tissues, reducing muscle tension and supporting the proper function of the movement system. They help restore joint mobility, improve the quality of movement and harmonise the relationships between muscles, fasciae and joints.
A professional manual technique focused on supporting the lymphatic system, draining excess fluid from the tissues, improving circulation and supporting the body's regenerative processes.
Lymphatic massage is used for feelings of swelling, fluid retention, after injuries and surgeries, for the regeneration of soft tissues and for conditions associated with weakened lymphatic drainage. It can be a suitable complement to therapy for selected orthopaedic and neurological diagnoses, always with an individual assessment of the client.
Movement therapy & neurorehabilitation
DNS exercise is a professional movement concept based on the principles of developmental kinesiology, focused on restoring correct movement patterns, activating the deep stabilising system and improving movement coordination.
It helps with various functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system — back pain, disc problems, scoliosis, joint instability, and difficulties with the shoulders, hips or knees. It supports proper posture, stability, more efficient movement and better engagement of the muscle chains.
The exercise is individually tailored to the client's needs and is used as part of comprehensive care for both children and adults with various movement difficulties.
A neurophysiological therapy using reflex locomotion to activate correct movement patterns and improve stability, coordination and posture.
It is used for diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, central coordination disorder (CCD), torticollis (wry neck), scoliosis, postural disorders, diastasis of the abdominal muscles, and neurological and movement disorders in both children and adults.
Comprehensive spinal programmes
For scoliosis I use a professional, individually tailored approach that combines the insights of modern physiotherapy, neurodevelopmental kinesiology and therapeutic yoga. The therapy is focused on influencing movement patterns, improving postural control and supporting optimal spinal function.
In my work I use the principles of DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation), the Schroth method for scoliosis and specific yoga techniques. The combination of these approaches supports activation of the deep stabilising system, correct alignment of the body's axis, breath coordination, spinal mobility and the release of overloaded muscular structures.
Therapeutic yoga complements the physiotherapeutic procedures with conscious movement, breathwork and body awareness. The goal is to improve movement quality, ease muscle tension, support spinal stability and teach the body more efficient movement strategies in everyday life.
This approach is suitable for children, adolescents and adults with scoliosis and individual needs of the musculoskeletal system.
My specialisation is comprehensive therapeutic care for the spine, the musculoskeletal system and clients with various functional and neurological limitations. I work with issues such as back pain, postural disorders, scoliosis, muscle imbalances, herniation and protrusion of intervertebral discs, degenerative changes of the spine, as well as pain and limitations in the joints.
I also work with neurological diagnoses in both children and adults, including conditions after a stroke (CVA) and other neurological disorders. In therapy I also use the principles of Vojta reflex locomotion, which supports the activation of innate movement patterns and improves coordination, stability and functional engagement of the body.
My work combines professional physiotherapeutic methods, DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation), the Schroth method for scoliosis, Vojta therapy and therapeutic yoga. Through a combination of targeted therapy, breath and conscious movement, I support better spinal function, the release of overloaded structures and the creation of higher-quality movement habits.
Each therapeutic programme is individually tailored to the client's age, diagnosis, abilities and goals.
Mind, breath & relaxation
Access Bars® is a gentle relaxation technique in which selected points on the head — connected to various areas of life such as stress, emotions, thought patterns and inner tension — are stimulated with a light touch.
The method supports deep release, calming of the mind and the creation of space for greater ease, inner peace and conscious self-awareness. It is suitable as a supportive relaxation technique for mental tension, overload and the need for regeneration.
Watsu is an exceptional therapeutic technique in water that uses the support of a warm aquatic environment, flowing movements, gentle mobilisations, breath and conscious touch. It helps release the body, ease muscle tension, support mobility and induce a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
I completed a professional Watsu course in India, where I immersed myself in the principles of working with the body, the energy of movement, conscious touch and relaxation. I combine the experience from this practice with my many years in physiotherapy, therapeutic yoga and a holistic approach to the person.
Watsu offers a space to slow down, release accumulated tension and rediscover harmony between the body, breath and mind.
Yoga and physiotherapy complement each other beautifully. Physiotherapy works with the body, its function and movement — yoga brings conscious movement, breath, and a deeper sense of oneself.
